Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure safe tracking of your Jim Shore piece.
Pack Securely
Place the item back in its original branded packaging and protective styrofoam to prevent breakage, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
